Marina Rates

Slips and berths in the Bay Point Marina are available for lease on an annual basis and may be rented monthly or nightly.

Daily Rental Rates

$2.00 per foot per day or portion thereof. Rental is based on 40 foot minimum charge. Includes shore power, water and cable television connections. If 100 AMP shore power is required, please add $.50 per foot nightly surcharge.

Monthly Rental Rate (one month minimum)

$15 per foot, per month. Rental is based on 50 foot minimum. Includes shore power, water and cable television connections. 100 AMP shore power subject to a $2 per foot monthly surcharge.

Small Craft Dockage (boats up to 23 ft )

South Dock and Fuel Dock Slips
Daily, or any part thereof: $ 30.00
